Our online store offers delivery to hotels within Japan. If you would like to receive your order at your hotel during your stay, please carefully review the following points before placing your order.

■ Order Timing
• Please complete your order at least one week before your check-in date.

■ Payment
• We accept payment by credit card only.

■ Delivery to Hotels
• Delivery is available during your stay at the hotel.
• We recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm whether they can accept parcels on your behalf.

■ Required Information When Ordering
• Please enter the hotel’s address in the shipping address field.
• In the Remarks section, please be sure to include the following.
• Your check-in and check-out dates (e.g., May 10–12, 2025)
• The name of the guest (as registered with the hotel)
